Knight's Fish Restaurant in Glastonbury is among three finalists for the Quality Accreditation Champion prize, alongside Mister C's in Selby and Newington Fish Bar in Ramsgate.

The national honour recognises outlets certified by the National Federation of Fish Friers for excellence in standards, sustainable sourcing, hygiene, staff training and customer service.
