An apprentice at St Dunstan's School in Glastonbury has been named Apprentice of the Month for January by Somerset Skills and Learning (SS&L).

Maddy Cook has worked extremely hard towards her Level 2 Business Administration apprenticeship.

Not only has she studied for the apprenticeship but she decided she would go for her Level 2 ICT certificate as well.

Through commitment and the desire to succeed, Maddy has gained her Level 2 ICT, adding another qualification to her list of achievements.

A spokesperson for SS&L sais: "Congratulations to Maddy and we wish her continued success in the future.

"If you think an apprenticeship could be for you, we have many vacancies. Or if you're an employer, thinking about tapping into the talent in Somerset with an apprentice, give us a call on 0330 332 7997 to discuss how we can help you."
