Brodie Williams will be returning home to Street tomorrow (Saturday, August 6) fresh from his success at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games, and his Mum is asking people to come and give him a cheer to welcome him back.

Brodie won gold medals in the 200m backstroke, and in the men's 4x100m medley relay, and a silver medal in the 100m backstroke - his first international titles.

Brodie's Mum, Lucy Williams, said: "We wondered if some people would come to our street at welcome him home with a cheer!"

Anyone who would like to show their support to Brodie and help him celebrate his success should go to Brookfield Way in Street at around midday.
