The George and Pilgrims pub and hotel in Glastonbury is up for sale for a guide price of £2.5 million.

The Grade I-listed property is listed with Savills and forms part of Portfolio Domino, a group of six managed houses across the south that they are selling.

In the details of the sale, Savills say the George and Pilgrims has 14 letting bedrooms, with planning permission for an additional five.

It has an annual turnover of just over £1 million and the site occupies 0.135 acres, or 0.055 hectares.

The other properties included in Portfolio Domino are the George Hotel in Amesbury in Wiltshire (for sale for £1.7 million), the Grand Victorian Hotel in Worthing in West Sussex (£1.7 million), the Kings Arms and Royal Hotel in Godalming in Surrey (£1.75 million), the New Inn in Gloucester (£1.65 million) and the Globe and Crown in Yeovil (£1 million).
