GCSE joy at St Dunstan’s as students celebrate strong results across the board

Students and staff at St Dunstan's School are celebrating a strong set of GCSE results, with the school reporting another year of academic progress.
A high number of pupils secured strong passes in both English and Maths, which the school said was a key indicator for future success.

Strong outcomes were also recorded across Science and a wide range of other subjects including the Arts, Humanities, and alternative qualifications.

Headteacher Mr Paul Balkwill said the results reflected both the hard work of students and the support of staff and families.
"I am incredibly proud of our students' achievements," he said. "Their resilience and dedication have truly paid off, and these results are a testament to their hard work. We also owe a huge thank you to our exceptional staff, whose unwavering support and commitment have guided our students every step of the way. Finally, a massive congratulations to the parents and families—your encouragement and partnership have been invaluable."

The school highlighted individual stories of determination, with several students overcoming personal challenges to achieve their goals, while others secured the grades needed for their next steps in college or sixth form.

St Dunstan's congratulated all students in the Class of 2025 and wished them success in the future.
