Men aged 40 and over in Street and Glastonbury are invited to attend a free prostate cancer testing event hosted by the Somerset Prostate Support Association. The event is held in partnership with The Brue Boys Choir and Glastonbury and Street Lions Club and will take place at Glastonbury Town Hall on Magdalene Street, BA6 9EL, on Sunday, 6th October 2024, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Prostate cancer remains a critical health concern, with 40,000 men diagnosed annually in the UK and around 10,000 deaths each year. Early diagnosis is vital for effective treatment, and this event offers men the chance to get tested by qualified medical practitioners.

How to Book Your Appointment

Testing appointments are 10-15 minutes long and must be booked in advance. Walk-in appointments will not be available on the day. To secure your spot, follow these steps:
