The latest addition to Clarks Village, Slim Chickens, is set to open its doors this month with a special treat.

Celebrating its grand opening on the 21st of June 2024, the first 30 guests will be treated to complimentary chicken tenders.

Originating from Arkansas, Slim Chickens offers an authentic Southern-inspired menu. The brand is famous for its buttermilk-marinated chicken tenders, crispy wings, and a variety of unique dipping sauces.

Not just about chicken, the menu also features wraps, salads, and vegetarian options, ensuring there's something for everyone.

Chris Davis, Centre Director of Clarks Village, said: "We're excited to welcome Slim Chickens to join us at Clarks Village and make its Somerset debut. The new Slim Chickens restaurant is one of several new openings at the outlet this summer and we hope guests will love getting to know our new brands alongside their established favourites."

The new restaurant can accommodate over 50 dine-in guests and also offers takeaway services through Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat.

The opening is not only a win for local foodies but also for the job market, creating 50 new jobs in the area. Slim Chickens also introduces 'Golden Tickets'—a special offer that gives customers the chance to win a year's supply of free meals and other prizes.
