Firefighters help free a two-year-old from a car in Glastonbury this morning (July 3), after the child accidentally locked the vehicle they were inside.

At about 10am the child was released by a crew mobilised from Glastonbury, after Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Control received an anxious call from the child's mother.

They were released uninjured following joint efforts by the fire crew and an emergency breakdown company who attended shortly after firefighters arrived at the scene.
