A fallen tree is blocking the A361 at Coursing Batch in Glastonbury this morning (February 15).

The tree fell last night and took down some power cables in the area, though the power was restored to nearby properties overnight.

A spokesman for Somerset County Council said: "The Highways team is currently dealing with an incident involving a tree that has fallen down across the carriageway on the A361 at Coursing Batch.

"Police are currently on site managing traffic.

"There will be some delays for road users while the carriageway is cleared.

"We expect the road to be fully reopened within the next couple of hours."
