Clarks Village in Street has announced it will be welcoming five new brands to its retail mix this summer,

Among the openings is the pan-Asian restaurant Wagamama, scheduled to launch on Monday, 22 July. This new establishment will be located in Apple Court and features seating for 172 guests, including an outdoor dining area. Operating until 22:00 on weekdays and 23:00 on Fridays and Saturdays, Wagamama will serve its popular dishes alongside a new summer menu. The opening marks the brand's 167th restaurant in the UK and is expected to create 60 new jobs.

Joining Wagamama in enhancing Clarks Village's culinary scene is Slim Chickens, an American-style restaurant specialising in buttermilk chicken tenders, fresh Buffalo wings, and an array of handmade dipping sauces. Set to open on 21 June in the former GBK space at the Restaurant Terrace, Slim Chickens will celebrate its launch by offering free chicken tenders to the first 30 customers.

The new Rituals store, a brand known for sustainable luxury beauty and personal wellbeing, is opening today (23rd May) and will offer a range of beautifully designed products to transform daily routines into meaningful experiences.

Following closely is the launch of a new and expanded Lindt shop at Clarks Village. Recently relocated next to Haribo in the Pear Court mall, this shop now includes an ice cream and hot chocolate bar featuring Lindt Crema Gelata, a ribbon personalisation hub, and the popular Lindt pick 'n' mix selection.

Additionally, the luxury homeware brand Murmur has opened a new pop-up shop in the Homeware Pavilion, offering a collection of nature-inspired home decor items.

This year has also seen the arrival of new outlets, including Moss menswear, Samsonite, and a refreshed Cadbury shop.

Chris Davis, Centre Director at Clarks Village said: "After months of speculation, we can officially confirm Wagamama is coming to Clarks Village along with four other fantastic new openings. There's already been a buzz of excitement from guests, and we can't wait to showcase these brands as they open their doors alongside our established favourites in the coming weeks."

He added, "While the British weather may be interchangeable, with five new brands and more on the way, we're in for a very hot summer at Clarks Village."
