Clarks Village in Somerset is ringing in the festive season with a bang as it announces the opening of its ice rink and the return of the popular Festive Market.

With ticket sales now open, visitors can look forward to a magical skating experience on a sprawling 550-square metre rink of real ice. The outlet is offering a 20% early-bird discount for tickets booked by November 5.

The ice rink will open on Thursday, November 9, and will run until Sunday, January 7. It will be situated on the neighbouring Alfred Gillet Trust lawn in Street, with a splendid view overlooking Clarks Village's Restaurant Terrace.

As Christmas approaches, we're going all out to transform the outlet into a winter shopping wonderland and offer our guests a special experience whether they're looking for the perfect Christmas gift or simply visiting for a fun and festive day out."

The rink will be undercover to allow all-weather skating and will also feature themed skating sessions. These include disco skating, quiet sessions, parent and toddler sessions, and even exclusive hire for private parties. The facility is wheelchair accessible, ensuring it's an inclusive event for all.

Accompanying the ice rink, Clarks Village's Festive Market will make its much-anticipated return. Opening on November 9 for the weekend and resuming on Friday, November 24, until Christmas Eve, the market promises an array of independent food and retail stalls. Visitors will be spoilt for choice with a variety of crafts, gifts, and festive treats, all while enjoying the outlet's mix of 90 brands offering up to 60% off the retail price.

Tickets for the ice-skating sessions start from £11.50 for children under 12, £13.50 for adults and £42 for a family package. Skate hire is included in the ticket price, and skating aids are available for an additional £5 each.
