Some wonderful old cinefilm showing Glastonbury in years gone by has come to light.

The Time Machine YouTube channel has posted some old film of the town, some dating back more than 80 years.

There's a short clip from 1938 (part of a longer film about the life of King Arthur:

 A travelogue from 1968 shows various views of the town

And there's even a clip showing Glastonbury Druids' Beltane celebrations in 1966.
