As we head into the weekend of 8th July, Glastonbury and Street are abuzz with a diverse array of events that promise to entertain and inspire.

Whether you're a music aficionado, a movie enthusiast or a social butterfly, there's something for everyone.

Renowned organist, Jonathan Vaughn, will be gracing St John's Glastonbury with his stunning organ performances on Saturday, 8th July, as part of his UK summer tour. Previously Assistant Organist at Wells Cathedral, Jonathan's return to Somerset is eagerly anticipated. Tickets are available for £10.

For fans of jazz and Latin music, the Red Hot Jazz Club is hosting "Milly Riquelme & La Cubana" at the Red Brick Building on Friday, 7th July. Get ready to dance the night away to the lively beats of Cuban music and salsa.

The Somerstock Music Festival is also kicking off on Friday, 7th July, as part of the Somerton Music and Arts Festival. Featuring a spectacular line-up of live music, bars, street food, and a dedicated Kids' Zone, this is one event you won't want to miss.

For those who enjoy shopping and exploring, the Craft and Vintage Fair at Glastonbury Town Hall on Saturday, 8th July, is a must-visit. Browse an array of handcrafted and vintage items while enjoying the available refreshments.

Singles aged 45-55 are invited to a meet-up on Saturday, 8th July, outside the Fosso lounge in Street. Dress to impress and enjoy an evening of socialising and making new connections.

Finally, film lovers can catch a screening of 'Chevalier' and 'War Pony' at Strode Theatre throughout the weekend. A perfect way to unwind and enjoy some quality cinema.
