Tai Chi QIGONG SHIBASHI

Tai Chi QIGONG, or SHIBASHI, is a fusion of Tai Chi and QIGONG AND CONSISTS OF 18 GENTLE FLOWING MOVEMENTS, accompanied by abdominal breathing.

SHIBASHI HAS MANY PHYSICAL BENEFITS, including aiding flexibility and mobility. It is suitable for all ages and abilities, and aids concentration and co-ordination. It brings a sense of calm and focus to the body, mind and spirit.
