Join Latin language Boss, Alison Horgan for this taster session.

Alison will take us on a mini-break through Latin! Find out about the English words derived from Latin and the connections between the languages before we deep dive into basic grammar rules and introduce you to some key vocabulary. We will work together to translate some simple sentences and mottoes and then look at a classical myth.

This will be a fully supported session and it is aimed any anyone and everyone who was ever curious about Latin and knowing your 'Carpe diem' from 'in vino veritas!' Spaces are limited, but there will be some seats available on the day.
