Breathwork is a powerful way of accessing emotions that have been supressed and stored in the body. Breathwork allows you to express and release this energy by breathing in a consistent and connected way.

This Breath and Sound workshop incorporates hands on reiki healing and music to guide you through your journey of subconscious, self-exploration and healing.

This is a medium to high intensity workshop supported by a trained facilitator who will hold space in a safe, nurturing and non-judgmental way.
