A seven-course solstice gathering set within a wild and un-curated woodland space; an emerging dining landscape where nature leads, and fire is the primary tool. Expect a wild dining experience under custom-created shelters, adorned with beautiful natural decoration and subtle, twinkling lights amongst the trees. Then unwind in our fire circle area surrounded by trees as the solstice moon and stars come out.

Set within 13 acres of private woodland near Glastonbury, The Woodland Table combines seasonal fire-cooked food, shared outdoor dining, music, and atmospheric woodland gathering in a space intentionally shaped around nature and fire.

Created exclusively for the solstice, this seven-course menu bridges ancient and modern foodways. Fire-roasted meats and elemental cooking techniques abound. Time-honoured processes and ingredients chosen for their seasonality, sustainability, and biological integrity. This is food that tells a story of evolution, landscape, and the joy of eating on instinct.
