Located in Glastonbury High Street, Heritage Estates are right at the heart of the town's community.

Owner Mandy Kimber has lived and worked in Glastonbury as a lettings and estate agent for the last 18 years and she brings that wealth of experience and local knowledge to Heritage Estates.

Therefore, Glastonbury Nub News is delighted to have Heritage Estates now supporting our property listings, rental and sales, on our dedicated site, which can be found HERE.

We caught up with Mandy and asked her what makes Heritage Estates stand out from the other estate agents in the area.

"My knowledge of Glastonbury and all my experience gives me a good understanding of what people in the town want," she said.

"I am an honest and passionate person who prides herself on high standards of customer care, and a first class quality service to both landlord and tenant, and those who are buying or selling a property.

"On the lettings side, over the years I have let and managed many houses and these mainly have been with recurring landlords and tenants.

"I decided to set up Heritage Estates to offer a high class professional and unique service, which provides great value for money, along with a personal and efficient service."

Even though she has been in the industry for almost two decades, Mandy says that she still loves dealing with properties and the people involved in them.

"I always prioritise trying to remove the stress from a house move," she said, "and I still get a buzz from seeing the excitement of people looking to move into a new home.

"Work is extremely busy, but I take pride in what I do and every day is genuinely different."

And what about the coronavirus crisis? How has that had an impact on the industry?

Mandy said: "There was understandably a dip in the market at the start of the pandemic, but things have got back to normal now, and the supply and demand is still there.

"People always need to move house for a number of reasons and that hasn't altered. If anything, the Covid crisis has made people think about where they live a lot more, and priorities have changed.

"These are actually exciting times in the industry, and I am so pleased to have teamed up with Glastonbury Nub News to highlight all the properties with have to offer to the town."
