After a period of falling house prices, it seems the new year has seen a positive upturn in the property market. Reports are suggesting that prices are set to rise again in 2024, thanks to easing inflation and a confidence boost from a General Election which is likely to have property as a key agenda item.

Skips can be surprisingly affordable and collection is generally extremely prompt.

Fix superficial issues

Many homeowners get used to living with that leaky tap, wonky kitchen cupboard, or stained carpets. But for those viewing your property, it can paint a picture of a house that hasn't been taken care of. Some of these jobs may be a quick DIY fix, but others may require the support of a relevant tradesperson.
