Landlords in Glastonbury should ensure that they are aware of the full implications of the Tenant Fees Act 2019 which came into force on Saturday 1st June, advises Stuart Nash, owner of Stuarts Residential, a Somerset-based letting agency specialising in the management of landlords' properties.
He said: "The Tenant Fees Act is one of the biggest changes in legislation for 30 years and both landlords and tenants will need to fully understand what this means for them."

On Thursday 30 May at the Royal Bath and West Show, 180 people gathered in the Members' Marquee for a night of anticipation and excitement to find out which Mendip businesses had become award winners.
The night kicked off with welcome drinks for guests which was sponsored by Red Berry Recruitment Ltd, this was followed by canapes and dinner provided by Food4You.
