What's on in Glastonbury this weekend

It's a fun-filled weekend in and around Glastonbury once more, with a whole range of events going on. There's everything from an astrology workshop and nature walk, to an art talk, a Springsteen tribute band and a photography exhibition.

  1. Astrology workshop and nature walk – Pisces season
Learn astrology in a creative environment, exploring the zodiacal sign of Pisces through a variety of embodiment practices.
  1. Art Talks with Megan Players

ART TALKS is a monthly eclectic programme of different art practitioners sharing their process of creating.

Megan Players is an artist, teacher, shiatsu therapist and healing sound practitioner. She will talk and show a film about 'Re-Emergence' an exhibition / installation in response to the lockdowns which was shown at the Zig Zag building, outside Glastonbury during the Summer of 2021.

With a passion for the work of "The Boss", 8 piece tribute "The Sound Of Springsteen" bring years of live performance and recording experience to rock you with Bruce Springsteen's greatest hits and deep cuts.

  1. Glastonbury Music Shop Guitar Lounge
Visit the guitar lounge in Glastonbury Music Shop. Once you've booked you will get a 15 minute time slot to view guitars when the shop will be shut to the general public.
  1. The Blackdown Hills: A Photographic Portrait

Somerset-based photographer Pauline Rook has photographed this hidden landscape for almost 20 years. Over this period she has explored hundreds of miles of country lanes and paths, getting to know the individuals, countryside and buildings that make up the distinctive landscape of the Blackdowns.
