As more and more events are being organised locally, Nub News is launching a new weekly round up of what's on in Glastonbury each weekend.

Every Thursday we will now bring you our top picks of the events in our What's On section for the coming weekend.

Here are our top event picks for the coming days:

1. Frost Fayre 2021

The 2021 Glastonbury Frost Fayre, a Christmas market to suit all tastes.

Please note this will be subject to COVID 19 guidelines.

Starts at 10am, officially opened by the Mayor at noon, closes at 6pm.

2. Book launch - Goddess Luminary Leadership Wheel

On Friday 26th November celebrate the publication of Lynne Sedgmore's new book Goddess Luminary Leadership Wheel.

From 5pm until 6pm in Goddess Temple Gifts Lynne will be sharing this amazing new book, come and join in.

Everyone is welcome. The book will be for sale in store from Friday 5pm.

3. Repair Cafe

10am to 12.00 bring your broken items to be fixed, watch and learn how to mend, gain new skills and confidence; drink coffee, eat cake and enjoy this useful community event held every month.

Items mended recently include lamps, radios, toys, irons, vacuum cleaners; many sewn items have been made good as new and household and garden equipment sharpened.

Support sustainable living and prevent items going to landfill; waste reduction is vital to reduce greenhouse gases.
