Vine Surgery in Street is currently experiencing significant disruptions due to a national computer issue that has left them without access to patient records. Despite this setback, the surgery remains open but is operating under restricted conditions.

The surgery has issued a statement asking patients to be patient with staff during this time. They are hopeful that access to the clinical system will be restored as soon as possible.

For urgent medical concerns, patients are advised to call NHS 111. In the case of life-threatening symptoms, patients should hang up and dial 999 immediately.

A spokesperson for Vine Surgery said, "We are still very much open but restrictive with what we can do. We will update you as soon as we know more. Please be patient with the staff."
