Two crews of firefighters were called to a caravan on fire in Glastonbury yesterday (August 12).

Just before 10am, Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Control mobilised two fire appliances from Glastonbury and Street to reports of a caravan fire in Glastonbury.

Upon arrival crews confirmed one caravan and one skip well alight.

Crews set to work from a safe distance and extinguished the fire using one Compressed Air Foam appliance. The cause was accidental.
