Tractor fire at Bath Road, Ashcott

Date: 23.08.2019Time: 16:38Location: Bath Road, Ashcott, Bridgwater.
One Fire Engine from Street, one Fire Engine from Glastonbury and the Water Carrier from Bridgwater have been sent to a report of a tractor on fire.The crew got to work immediately to extinguish the fire with the use of 1 hose reel jet, 1 thermal imaging camera and small tools.
The Tractor was 20% damaged by fire. With the assistance of recovery the Tractor was moved to a safe place off the road and made safe. The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
