Three planning applications submitted at West Pennard holiday site

Three planning applications have been submitted at a holiday site on the A361 in West Pennard.

A planning application for a certificate of lawful existing development for a toilet facilities building ancillary to a caravan and camping site at Ashcombe Farm, Stockbridge Lane to Steanbow, West Pennard, has been submitted by Carole Peck.

She has also applied for a certificate of lawful existing development for the residential use of The Annex as independent dwelling house, and a separate application for a certificate of lawful existing development for residential use of The Barn. as independent dwelling house.

Other planning applications submitted in the Glastonbury area this week include:

Conversion and alterations of the existing barn to a residential dwelling at Rubbery Farm Rubbery Lane, Lydford-on-Fosse, have been applied for by Mr John Collett.

Internal alterations and replacement of roof at Madeira, Windmill Hill Road, Glastonbury, are wanted by Mr and Mrs Jeneway.

Erection of farm machinery store and workshop at Piltown Farm, Woodlands Road to Stockbridge Lane, West Pennard, has been applied for by Mr Chant.

Application for approval of details reserved by conditions 3 (external joinery), 4 (external facing materials), 6 (written scheme of investigation) on planning consent 2018/1931/HSE at 7 Silver Street, Glastonbury, has been made by Ms Antoinette Pincott.

An application is for the discharge of all reserved matters relating to the proposed new agricultural workers dwelling and garage at Appledawn, Wick Lane, Wick, has been made by R J and S R Bunn.

Revised driveway layout and new small sewage treatment plant at a plot at Lower Farm, Lottisham Lane, Lottisham, has been applied for by Mr and Mrs Board.

Single storey extension to the rear of 5 Lambrook Street, Glastonbury, is wanted by Ms Sarah Sampson.

Proposed loft conversion, hip to gable and insertation of roof lights at 11 Wells Road, Glastonbury, has been applied for by Mr M Skirton.

Retrospective application for replacement doors at Abbey Court, Benedict Street, Glastonbury, has been made.

Applications in the Glastonbury area that have been decided this week include:

A window circular sign at 2 Orchard Court, The Archers Way, Glastonbury, by Dimensions (UK) Ltd has been approved.

Rear two storey extension at Kewanee, Martin Street, Baltonsborough, by Mr and Mrs B Boyd has been approved.

Application for Outline Planning Permission with some matters reserved for erection of a dwellinghouse with details of access at 7 Shapwick Road, Westhay, by Mr Richard Crowe has been refused.

Erection of a single storey side extension at Bartonstone House, 59-61 Barton Road, Butleigh, by Mr and Mrs Joubert has been approved.
