Fragrant Earth in Glastonbury is holding a bee competition

By Guest 16th Jul 2021

Fragrant Earth in Glastonbury is supporting Bees' Needs Week, an annual event co-ordinated by Defra, working alongside charities, businesses, conservation groups and academic institutions, to help raise awareness of bees and other pollinators.

It is part of the National Pollinator Strategy in England's wider work for bees and other pollinators.

Bees' Needs Week is very important to the firm, so iti is going to participate by holding a competition to get children involved, asking them to paint or draw a bee.

The winner and all entries will be displayed in the Fragrant Earth shop window; the winner gets a set of bee-friendly products and a gift voucher for the store.

The competition entries will be displayed in the Fragrant Earth Shop on Glastonbury High Street on Saturday 13th July.

Judging will take plate at 4pm on Saturday 13th July in the shop, at 5a The High Street, Glastonbury.
