Street Parish Council is calling on local residents with a passion for their community to step forward and apply for a vacant councillor position.

The vacancy will be filled through co-option, with applications open to anyone eager to get involved in local decision-making.

Those interested in becoming a councillor can apply by emailing Jenny, the Parish Clerk, at [email protected] or calling 01458 440588 for more information. Applicants will need to complete a co-option questionnaire, available on the Street Parish Council website.

Completed questionnaires must be submitted by noon on Thursday 14th November 2024. Applications will be reviewed at the Parish Council meeting on Tuesday 19th November at Crispin Community Centre, starting at 7pm.

This is an exciting opportunity for residents to contribute to the development of Street and help make a real difference to the local community.
