Wookey Hole, renowned as the home of Halloween in Somerset, is gearing up for its highly anticipated Halloween Spectacular, taking place from 21 to 29 October 2023.

The annual event promises a unique blend of magic, entertainment, and spooky fun for families, with something to thrill visitors of all ages.

This year's Halloween festivities include many attractions and activities, all included in the standard ticket price. Young witches and wizards can participate in interactive *Magic & Mayhem* lessons, learning the secrets of the mystical arts. Upon completion, participants will receive a special certificate to commemorate their newfound magical skills.

The famous Wookey Hole Circus will also perform a special Halloween show inspired by the iconic character Wednesday Addams. Audiences can expect a spellbinding mix of enchantment and fright during this unique performance. Daily fancy dress competitions will be held at the Wookey Hole theatre, offering the chance to win an annual family membership.

Ellen Ramsay, spokesperson for the Cottle Family Trust, which owns Wookey Hole, and part-time Witch of Wookey, said, "This year's Halloween event looks to be the best we've ever had! We've got a great lineup of things to do for every member of the family, and we can't wait for visitors to experience what we've got in store for them!"

For adventurous guests, the *Giant Pumpkin Trail* offers a spooky treasure hunt through Wookey Hole's grounds, with hidden pumpkins and a Halloween treat awaiting at the trail's end. Visitors can also tee off at *Spooky Golf*, as the adventure golf course transforms into a Halloween-themed landscape filled with pumpkins and monsters.

The Halloween experience wouldn't be complete without the Wookey Hole pumpkin patch. Featuring over 600 pumpkins, the patch adds an extra touch of magic to the spooky adventure.

Tickets for Wookey Hole's Halloween Spectacular are available online, with prices starting from £17.95 for children, £22.45 for adults, and £21.45 for seniors. Early booking is recommended to secure your spot at this popular event.
