The Loft Lounge & Bar in Street is going big this Christmas, with something on offer for just about everyone — whether you're a party animal, a pub quiz fan, or just fancy a pint in your Christmas jumper.

On Christmas Eve (Wednesday, 24 December), the venue is open from 2 pm to 7 pm for a relaxed afternoon of drinks, festive tunes and a warm-up before the big day. The bar closes at 6 pm, and jumpers and reindeer antlers are very much encouraged.

Boxing Day (Thursday, 26 December) is all about lunch and lounging. The bar opens at noon with food served from 12.30 pm to 2.30 pm. Bookings are essential, and the bar shuts at 4 pm — ideal for post-walk drinks or a sales-shopping breather.

Then comes the big one: Inbetweener's Party Night on Saturday, 27 December. For those floating in the time warp between Christmas and New Year, The Loft opens at 5 pm with dinner from 6 pm and a full-blown disco from 9.30 pm 'til late.

There's also a quiz night on Sunday, 28 December (6 pm–10 pm), and a huge New Year's Eve party on Tuesday, 31 December, running from 6 pm until 2 am.

The venue will then close from 1 to 13 January, reopening on Wednesday, 14 January 2026.

The Loft Lounge is on Leigh Road, Street. Book at theloftstreet.co.uk or call 01458 446885.
