Street is gearing up to welcome a new culinary player to the local dining scene as Slim Chickens prepares to open its doors at Clarks Village.

Known across the United States for its commitment to quality and flavour, Slim Chickens offers a menu centred around its famous chicken tenders and a variety of house specialities served with a side of authentic southern hospitality.

The Boporan-managed brand was founded 20 years ago in Arkansas, USA, and first came to the UK in 2018.

The new location in Street promises to deliver a relaxed and memorable dining experience, where patrons can enjoy fresh, hand-breaded chicken tenders cooked to order and served in under ten minutes. The restaurant's design will feature family seating, intimate tables, and booths, catering to all dining needs from quick lunches to leisurely family dinners.

Diners can look forward to trying Slims' signature buttermilk marinated chicken, crispy tenders, breaded wings, and sandwiches. A standout feature of the menu is the range of 14 signature dipping sauces including Blue Cheese, Sriracha Garlic, and the fiery Inferno – a challenge for those who dare.

The restaurant is currently recruiting for both full-time and part-time staff, with the opening scheduled for June 2024.

The arrival of Slim Chickens was announced shortly after Wagamama confirmed the opening date of their new restaurant at the shopping centre.
