RTC Persons Trapped at A37, Broadway, Charlton Adam

Date: 19.10.2019Time: 12:36Location: A37, Broadway, Charlton Adam, SomertonAppliances from Somerton, Castle Cary and the rescue tender from Glastonbury attended a single vehicle RTC where one female casualty was trapped. Crews arrived on scene and got to work preparing equipment, and liaising with the Police and Ambulance.

Crews used hydraulic cutting equipment, stabilising equipment and small tools to gain access and rescue the female, who was then taken to hospital via Ambulance. Crews made the vehicle safe and duty of care was left with the Police.
