Canoe tours will be taking place at RSPB Ham Wall near Glastonbury in September.

The tours will offer a unique view of the reedbeds at the nature reserve - similar to the view the resident otters might see as they glide through the water!

Join an experienced instructor and expert wildlife guide to paddle around rarely seen areas of this breath-taking nature reserve. Birds, mammals, insects and amphibians - they all make their home in the reedbed and are ready to be experienced as never before! This is a unique opportunity as canoeing is only permitted at the reserve during this event and not at any other time.

No previous experience is needed but a reasonable level of fitness and mobility is required. This event is suitable for ages 6+. Children (6-17) must be accompanied by an adult.

The canoe tours are happening on Saturday, September 3; Sunday, September 4; Saturday September 10; Sunday, September 11; Saturday, September 17 and Sunday, September 18. Tours will take place at 10–11 am, 11.30 am-12.30 pm, 1.30-2.30 pm, 3-4pm on each day.

Cost per person:

- RSPB Member – Adult: £16.50

- RSPB Member – Child: £8.50

- Non-RSPB Member – Adult: £20.50

- Non-RSPB Member – Child: £10:50

Please note a booking fee applies that has been included in the cost above.
