Date: 07.09.2019Time: 20:13Location: In the area of Crickham, Wedmore.The Fire Service received several calls for a Property Fire in the above area.Fire Appliances from Cheddar, Glastonbury and Wells were mobilised to this incident.  On arrival, crews confirmed the 1st floor of the property to be well alight.  Crews got to work to extinguish the fire using eight Breathing Apparatus, one Safety Jet, two Attack Jets and one Hose Reel Jet, Two Thermal Imaging Cameras were used to check for hot spots. The fire caused 50 percent fire damage to the first floor and 100 percent Smoke and Heat damage. The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.These are the full and final details.
