Rugbytots invited The Chiefs to join one of their training sessions at Millfield Prep School, and on their only day off, before the quarter-finals of the European Cup, these amazing players volunteered their time, to meet and inspire the tots.

The Chiefs were amazed at the children's ability to follow the coach's instructions and with excellent rugby skills at that age!

The Chiefs were particularly keen to focus on the ubiquitous rugby values of team play, sportsmanship and respect, and over 100 Rugbytots families got the opportunity to get involved

One parent said "We all had a fab day. Thanks so much to you all for organising such a brilliant morning! We really sensed the commitment of the coaches. I was so proud to see Liam get a medal, considering how shy he has been in the past!"

Rugbytots Founder Gareth Turnbull said, "This is a great example of how accessible rugby is, for a world-renowned premiership rugby team to have a culture where their players actively engage the community. These superstars got stuck in and were incredible role models and heroes for our Rugbytots."

Chief's prop, Billy Keast said, "I'm really happy to be involved with Rugbytots. To see our youth enjoying rugby, having a smile on their face, that is what sport is about.

Rugbytots' inclusivity and culture makes the day enjoyable, creating new friendships, learning skills and lessons along the way, all while having a rugby ball in hand."

Rugbytots continue to play each weekend. Their next much-anticipated event is their annual beach tournament, held at Weymouth. They aim to create a great memory for the children involved while breaking the £1 million milestone of funds raised for Wooden Spoon Charity!
