Police release CCTV footage of woman wanted for questioning in Glastonbury assault

Police have released CCTV footage of a woman they wish to speak to in connection with an assault in Glastonbury.

The incident occurred outside a supermarket on Street Road at approximately 4pm on Wednesday 1 May. The victim, a woman in her fifties, sustained a serious hand injury that required hospital treatment.

The woman in the CCTV image is described as being in her late twenties, of East Asian appearance, around 5ft 1in tall, with dark shoulder-length hair, and wearing a red jacket.
