For the first time in over two years, Millfield Prep School was able to hold the Spring Concert in front of a live audience of parents and friends, last month.

Due to having over 200 children participating in the event, this year's concert was held in the Sports Hall and the atmosphere was electric. Two whole year groups took part, with the Year 2 pupils performing on their recorders and the Year 6 pupils giving an outstanding rendition of 'Demons' by Imagine Dragons on their ukuleles.

In addition to this, there were some incredible performances from the orchestra, wind band, wind trio, flute trio, string orchestra, French horn ensemble, percussion ensemble, Edgarley Voices, Chamber Choir and the 115-strong Year 7 and 8 Senior Choir.

The Junior Choir rounded off the evening in style with a rousing medley of six classic pop songs, which had the audience clapping and singing along in appreciation.

Millfield Prep School is incredibly proud of the progress the pupils have made in recent years.
