A revolution has been brewing in an unassuming industrial complex on Wells Road. A skatepark, a music studio, a creative hub — all these and more have found a home in Lost Projects.

Now, as this innovative space turns one, it's time to join the grand celebration.

Three years ago, Gavin Lambert, Andrew Bisgrove, and Ed Etherington embarked on a journey to transform a 57-seater school bus into a mobile recording studio. The result? Lost4tz Studios. But they didn't stop there. They found a warehouse, and over the years, it's grown into an indoor skate park called The Skate Suite and a much-needed creative haven for the young people in town.

"We were just sitting around talking about it one day, and now we've created this," Gavin marvels, looking around the space filled with street art and vibrant energy. From coaching sessions by Skateboard GB coach Ed Etherington to music services and creative facilities, Lost Projects has become an inclusive space that meets the needs of skaters and young talents alike.

And now, they're ready to celebrate. On 16 September, Lost Projects invites you to their first birthday bash, a skatejam, at Lost Projects (BA6 9QU).

From 10:00 to 19:00, it's a day filled with reggae, hip-hop, drum & bass, live music, food, drinks, and skate prizes to be won.

"For some people, going along to a skatepark can be intimidating," says Gavin. "But coming here, people can just chat with their mates, watch what's going on and take in skateboarding culture." It's not just about skating; it's about community, creativity, and the joy of doing something you love.

So, grab your friends and family, and come celebrate this extraordinary milestone with Lost Projects. Whether you're a skateboard enthusiast or just curious about this vibrant space, it's a great time to check the space out and be part of something unique.

Lost Projects is not just celebrating its existence; it's celebrating a year of passion, innovation, and community. Come, be a part of the party, and who knows? You might just discover your new favourite place in town.
