Local farm stars in national M&S advert after 40-year partnership

A Baltonsborough farm is in the national spotlight this week as part of a new Marks & Spencer (M&S) advertising campaign.
Brue Valley Farm is featured in the retailer's Farm to Foodhall series, which showcases producers from across the UK. The family-run dairy supplies artisan butters to M&S, made using traditional methods at the farm.
Natalie and Simon Clapp, who run the farm, have been working with M&S for 40 years. Their latest product, Cowboy Butter, has been added to the M&S Collection range and includes smoked paprika, chipotle chilli flakes and cayenne powder.
Natalie Clapp said: "We're incredibly proud of our ongoing relationship with M&S, and it truly is an honour to be featured in the Farm to Foodhall campaign. I develop each of the recipes myself here in my kitchen so seeing them on the shelves is just the best feeling."

The campaign is fronted by chef Tom Kerridge and includes TV, in-store and online advertising. It focuses on the people and processes behind selected M&S products. Mr Kerridge visited Brue Valley Farm as part of the filming.
Originally a cider farm, Brue Valley moved into dairy production in the 1950s. The butter is made using slow-churned cream and old-fashioned butter barrels before being hand-flavoured, rolled and packaged.
Amy Chandler, specialist technical manager at M&S, said: "Our Collection butters are a real favourite and the hard work Natalie, Simon, and the team put in to deliver the best quality product is remarkable. It's fantastic to be celebrating 40 years of working together this year."
Brue Valley's butters featured in the campaign include Garlic & Herb, Parmigiano & Truffle, and the new Cowboy flavour. The advert is now airing across multiple platforms.
