Glastonbury Town Hall will play host to a free jobs fair on Thursday 2 October, giving local employers the chance to showcase vacancies and meet potential staff face to face.

The event, organised by Street & Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Wells Job Centre Plus, will run from 10am to 1.30pm. Businesses of all sizes are being invited to book a free stand, with the aim of connecting jobseekers to opportunities across the area.

A spokesperson for the Chamber said: “This is a great opportunity for businesses to promote their vacancies and for residents to find out more about the opportunities available locally.”

Employers keen to take part can fill in the booking form online at https://forms.gle/C1MmVB4fRP8dcuNi8
