Glastonbury St John result in the Mendip District Council elections 2019

The Green Party have taken the Glastonbury St John's seat from the Conservatives by just two votes in the Mendip District Council 2019 elections.

Jon Cousins received 262 for the Greens, to the 260 earned by John Evan Coles for the Tories.

The Labour Party's John Anthony Graham received 103 votes and the turnout was 32.6 per cent.
