A dream will come true this weekend for Glastonbury singer songwriter Rosie Smith, as she performs at the Glastonbury Festival.

Back in March Rosie told Glastonbury Nub News how she "really, really, really wants to play at Glastonbury, even if it's on a tiny stage in the middle of field somewhere." And now she has more than achieved her goal, having secured three slots to perform at Worthy Farm.

The former Millfield pupil will be playing on Saturday (June 25) at 2pm at the Rabbit Hole, and on Sunday (June 26) at 10.45am at the Avalon Café and at 1.45pm at one of the Festival's newer venues, the Open Arms bar.

Rosie said, "I've watched Glastonbury every year on TV since I was small and have always dreamed of performing there so this is seriously exciting for me."

Rosie's shows will feature stripped-back acoustic versions of her original music (such as Breakfast for Dinner Tonight and Dirty Harry) and some cover versions of well-known songs, including Kate Bush's 'Running Up That Hill', which reached number one on the UK singles charts last week 37 years after its release following its appearance in Netflix show Stranger Things.

Rosie will also be playing at the Godney Gathering on July 15.
