Derrick White, a retained firefighter visiting Glastonbury, is appealing to the public for witnesses after a fall in Saint Dunstan's car park left him with serious injuries.

The incident occurred on April 22nd at around 12:30 PM.

At the time of the fall, White was assisted by two women who helped him regain his breath after being severely winded by the impact.

"I would like to appeal to these lovely ladies who helped me on the day," White added, hoping they or any other witnesses would provide further details about what happened.

The accident coincided with a significant emergency situation involving fire, ambulance, and air ambulance services at the flats opposite the car park, which might help jog the memories of potential witnesses.
