Glastonbury Country Market is re-opening on Tuesday June 1 from 9.30am to 12.30pm inside the Town Hall and everyone involved can't wait to meet all the customers again.

The Country Market will have its regular locally made, grown, crafted, created seasonal produce and goods on sale, and the café section will be open once again.

It will now also take card payments. Masks/face coverings should be worn inside the Town Hall while visiting the market.

The market team are looking for volunteer helpers who enjoy meeting people but don't necessarily want to be a producer at the country market.

The market is a lovely place to meet, greet and chat with customers from locals to visitors who come along to the market each Tuesday.

The team are also looking for home bakers. Do you like baking? Enjoy meeting people for a morning a week? Then the Country Market could be for you.

For more details on volunteering and home baking, contact Janet via phone on 01458 442311 or e-mail at [email protected] for more details.
