An application for approval of details reserved by conditions 4 (ducts, pipes and rainwater goods), on planning consent 2016/2635/HSE at The Sweets, Chapel Lane, Butleigh, has been submitted by Mr Matt Shields.

Planning applications submitted this week include:

The proposed conversion of two agricultural buildings to create three two bedroom single storey dwellings and demolition of remaining redundant structures at Goosemoor Farm, Burnetts Lane, Baltonsborough, has been applied for by Robert and Anne Hurford.

Planning applications decided this week include:

Replacement of front gate pillar at Somerset House, Magdalene Street, Glastonbury, by Mr Mike Jones has been approved.

Proposed erection of a single storey extension at Mulberry House, 9 Admirals Mead, Butleigh, by Mr and Mrs Catt has been approved.

Erection of agricultural building to cover existing manure store at Appledawn, Wick Lane, Wick, by Mr R and S Bunn has been approved.

Erection of a single story rear extension and refurbishment of existing building exterior at Carrick, High Street, Butleigh, by Mr Andrew and Karen Broomhead has been approved.

An application for prior approval for a proposed change of use of agricultural building to a dwellinghouse (Class C3) and for associated operational development at The Old Grey Barn Alpaca Centre, Dyehouse Lane, Glastonbury, by Mr Simon Harding has been withdrawn.
