There is a Flood cafe taking place at Somerset Rural Life Museum in Glastonbury today (26 March) from 10.30am to 12.30pm.

The Flood Cafe at Somerset Rural Life Museum is a free event and includes tea, coffee and free entrance to the exhibition at the museum – Under the Surface: Somerset Floods – Ten Years On.

All are welcome to drop in.

It is the first of two Flood Cafes to be held at the museum, to offer people the chance to discuss flooding issues in a friendly, relaxed environment

If you can't make today's Flood Cafe there will be another one on 4 May from 2pm to 3pm.

If you have any questions about Somerset Flood Cafe events please email Bel.deering @somerset.gov.uk

The Flood Cafe is supported by Somerset Council and Somerset Rivers Authority. There is no agenda. The cafés are intended to provide a space for open discussion.
