Bill's Restaurant is set to make its debut in Street's Clarks Village, transforming the former Frankie & Benny's site into a vibrant new dining spot. With a planning application now submitted, diners can expect a taste of Bill's signature style, complete with illuminated brass signage, stylish interiors, and a new outdoor seating area.

The restaurant's design will feature a mix of cosy seating areas and larger spaces for group gatherings, along with planters, potted trees, and Jumbrella parasols outside to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant's proposed opening hours are set to be 8:00 AM to 12:30 AM daily.

In preparation for the opening, Bill's has also applied for a premises licence to serve alcohol from 10:00 AM until midnight, with late-night refreshments and recorded music allowed until 12:30 AM.

The restaurant's proposed opening hours are set to be 8:00 AM to 12:30 AM daily.

Bill's was founded in 2001 by Bill Collison, starting as a greengrocery in Lewes, East Sussex, before evolving into a café and, eventually, a popular restaurant chain with 118 locations across the UK. The Street branch will bring Bill's well-loved menu of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, plus takeaway and 'click and collect' services for those wanting to enjoy the food at home.

The restaurant is due to open in December.
