Key adaptations include turning off music, removing twinkling lights, and creating a relaxed, queue-free environment. In preparation for the visit, families will receive a photo of the grotto in advance, helping children familiarise themselves with the setting. The experience can be further personalised, with Santa’s team offering options like wrapped or unwrapped gifts to suit each child’s preferences.

This year’s grotto takes visitors on a train-themed adventure, complete with festive scenes and interactive elements. Starting at Sleighbell Station, families will explore snowy forests, spot woodland creatures, and uncover hidden nutcrackers before the highlight of the visit—meeting Santa Claus himself.

For children who prefer a more relaxed approach, optional activities such as storytelling and snowball fights are available. Families will also have the chance to capture the moment with a professional photo alongside Santa.
