Cacao Ceremony in Glastonbury

By Guest

19th May 2022 | Local News

Ceremonial Cacao is making its way into the mainstream as an incredible healthy alternative to coffee, stimulating our heart and focusing our brain instead of disturbing our nervous system and leading to caffeine jitters.

Especially in wellness, spiritual and alternative circles Cacao is used alongside yoga, breath work, ecstatic dance and other modalities - yet have you connected with the Spirit of Cacao yet? Have you experienced the benefits of pure chocolate and how it can take you deeper into yourself? Open your heart? Allow in new perspectives to gently enhance your life with magic? Child-like wonder? And, simply a more authentic version of yourself?

You are invited to try it in a safe and sacred setting with experienced Cacao Practitioner and Teacher Trainer Laura Durban who will not only tell you more about this fascinating plant that has been known to us in a highly processed and nutrient deficient cocoa powder and sugary chocolate - she will also guide you on a journey within, helping you to unlock closed doors and explore your own magic. While educating yourself on the health benefits that pure Cacao can bring to you day to day and even work life!

Sunday May 29th, 3-6pm Glastonbury, limited spaces, £33 Tickets can be bought here: https://lauradurban.com/events/ More about the upcoming event here: https://fb.me/e/2wb64bJDh
