A property in West Pennard, which has permission to be knocked down and a family home built in its place, is going up for auction next month.

Field View, on the A361 in West Pennard, will go under the hammer for a guide price of £175,000 at 7pm on Tuesday February 25 at All Saints Church, Clifton, in Bristol.

The 0.25-acre site currently has a derelict house and barn on it, but it has full planning permission to demolish the existing structure and build a four-bedroom family home with car port and office in its place.

The site is open for an external inspection at all times and can be accessed via the adjacent barn leading to the rear of the plot.

Anyone wishing to view can park on Stockbridge Lane and use the pavement to access the site.
